Wat krijg je als barista
- Flexibele werktijden (16, 24 of 32, 40 uur, maandag t/m zondag);
- All-in salaris van € 15,18 per uur als je 21 jaar of ouder bent, op basis van een fulltime contract is dit maandelijks € 2.642,16;
- Jaarlijkse bonus op basis van het aantal dienstjaren bij Starbucks Nederland;
- Erkenningsprogramma op basis van partnerengagement en uitstekende prestaties;
- Premietoeslag van 5% bovenop je salaris als je werkt in een van onze high volume stores;
- De lijst met voordelen is eindeloos: altijd gratis koffie tijdens je dienst, elke week een zakje gratis koffie en partnerkorting op alle andere producten in de store;
- Je krijgt een 7 maanden contract met 1 maand proeftijd;
- Blijf jezelf ontwikkelen, Starbucks heeft meer dan genoeg doorgroeimogelijkheden voor jou!
- Volledige dekking van de reiskosten met het openbaar vervoer (afhankelijk van de reisafstand naar de winkel);

What you get as a barista

- All-in salary of € 15,18 per hour when you are 21 years or older, based on a fulltime contract your monthly salary is € 2.642,16;
